Right across the street from the coffee shop you will find the Dritan Alsela School – affectionately designed and built by Dritan himself. This is the place, where coffee workshops and trainings are conducted. Whether you are an individual seeking to deepen your coffee knowledge, or a company looking for a team-building event – you are more than welcome to dive into the world of coffee. You´ll find all information in the webshop.
IMPORTANT: At the moment, all courses are only accessible and available for people from Germany or Austria. We offer team events, which can also be held in english if desired.

Wichtig ist die richtige Zubereitung. Für mich persönlich sollte Kaffee einfach nur nach Kaffee schmecken. Ein guter Kaffee sollte nicht zu bitter sein, nur eine leichte Säure enthalten und einen vollen Körper haben.
